With its massive 38 mm stanchions and an even burlier crown and upper assembly, this is the ultimate evolution of our Flash platform and the burliest single crown fork we’ve ever built. Designed for the wildest terrain, biggest drops, and hardest hits, it brings a new level of stiffness, precision, and control to the USD world—without losing the signature suppleness Intend forks are known for.
Born for freeride, downhill, and big-hitting e-bikes, the Flash 38 laughs in the face of sketchy lines and bike park abuse. The Optizimed Damping and Travel Ranger airspring deliver a natural & predictable feel — with two optional progression caps included for riders who just can’t stop pushing limits.
The 38mm stanchions shine in their original hard anodized color, covered by black, cnc-machined lower guards – a color combo which has been requested alot by the community.
Service remains simple—no proprietary tools, no drama. Two additional volume caps are included to tune progression to your liking. The Flash 38 can run travel from 160 to 190mm.
A unique dropout and axle design allows for running a 15 or 20mm hub, you only have to swap out the axle.
