The Faserwerk Wuthocker seatpost is the world’s first one-piece 3D-forged carbon seatpost. Faserwerk have developed this unique manufacturing process themselves and have brought it to series production. This process combines Compression Compound Molding (CPMC) with our 3DFC technology, which essentially forges carbon. The result is a seatpost made almost entirely of carbon, including top and lower rail clamp parts. All of this is achieved in a single, finely tuned manufacturing process, ensuring optimal consistent quality and precision as well as low weight.
